Stuffed (deviled) eggs

Little effort, big effect – that’s what we like. Enter: stuffed eggs. How? Like this. It doesn’t get easier.

Preparation
Boil the eggs until hard, for about nine minutes. Place them in cold water and let them cool. Peel the eggs. Carefully cut them in half lengthwise with a sharp knife. Scoop out the yolks and collect them in a bowl.
Mash the egg yolks and mix them with the mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, curry powder, smoked paprika, pepper and salt, and a squeeze of lemon juice. Put the mixture in a piping bag and use it to fill the hollows in the egg halves.
Sprinkle with chives, bacon bits, chili flakes, salmon roe, sesame seeds, Dutch shrimp or anything else you like.
If you spice up the mixture with, for example, Tabasco and chili flakes, and sprinkle the eggs with smoked paprika at the end, you have deviled eggs.
