Terraces remain closed, but this mobile beer garden from Lowlander is coming to you

Terraces open on March 31? Yes please! But nothing is certain yet. What is certain is that in the meantime, you can sip a beer on your private terrace! Beer brewer Lowlander is giving away spots for their mobile beer garden. Including beer, bar snacks and your own bartender.

Beer garden on wheels
Lowlander is known for brewing botanical beers with herbs, spices and fruit. The Botanical Beer Garden To Go is therefore a lushly planted beer garden, essentially a mini-oasis, where the stories and flavours of the beer come together. “While you sit back, we take care of the beers, bites and botanicals, and tell you all about the best beer & food pairings,” says Annemieke from Lowlander. And the best thing of all is that this beer garden on wheels can simply show up on your doorstep!
A helping hand for the hospitality industry
For the launch of the Botanical Beer Garden To Go, Lowlander is joining forces with six different restaurants in the Netherlands. De Dakkas in Haarlem, The Streetfoodclub in Utrecht, Gastropub Van Kinsbergen in The Hague, Bar Botanique in Amsterdam, De Huismeester in Rotterdam and Suikerkist in Breda are also giving away spots in the mobile beer garden, so they can still welcome guests—just in a different location.
Here’s how to enter
The campaign has already become a huge hit. More than 300 entries have come in within 24 hours. “This once again shows how great the need is for a beer outdoors,” says Frederik Kampman, founder of Lowlander. The Botanical Beer Garden To Go will travel throughout the country between March 18 and 27. Are you ready for a beer on a terrace again? You can enter until midnight tomorrow by commenting on the Instagram post and tagging the person you want to share your private terrace with. Winners will be announced next Monday, March 15.
