The new holders

How did we ever manage without them? Without that daily shot of specialty coffee on the bike to the flexible workspace-cum-social hub? New customs, new problems. Because how do you keep the recyclable/recycled KeepCup upright? The new holders. From Dutch hipster wood to pure Swedish design.

Hipster wood

A bit of a coffee enthusiast has a bike with a crate, but putting your cup in there… Guaranteed that the contents will seep through the firewood slats. TWO-O has come up with something smart: a stained spruce bicycle crate with cup holder. The Classic costs 49.95 euros and The Transporter 54.95 euros. Whether it also fits on the Tomos moped, the new darling of coffee boys, remains to be seen.

Scandi design

Scandinavians have traditionally been good at functional simplicity. Like the Bookman cup holder bike in black, white, green and red. It doesn’t need to be anything more than that. And for all its simplicity, it can also accommodate two cup sizes. 29 euros.

Leather

If Etsy doesn’t have an elegant solution, it doesn’t exist yet. The leather coffee cup holder with its simple artisanal feel is exactly what a decent city bike needs. 27.28 euros.
