The Night of BAUT & New

On 22 April, BAUT Amsterdam is launching a menu with a completely new concept. To say goodbye to the dishes together, you can enjoy both the old and new menus until late into the night.

At the beginning of the evening, it seems as though nothing is going on and you order a three- or four-course menu from the old menu. This one is divided into different countries where the dishes originate. We have been able to enjoy BAUT classics such as tuna tataki for a long time, but it is now making way for something new.

At 10:00 p.m. it happens: from then on, you can only order dishes from the new menu. What exactly is on it is still a surprise, but expect things that suit the restaurant’s paradisiacal atmosphere. The new dishes must of course be celebrated, which is why you can make reservations until 1:00 a.m. and eat until 3:00 a.m. After that, the tables will be pushed aside and things will get even more convivial.
