The vegan 010/020 dinner

On 6 June 2017, three Amsterdam chefs and three Rotterdam chefs will join forces in the kitchen for an elaborate vegan dinner. 

An evening at which Amsterdam and Rotterdam chefs prepare a dinner together had already proven to be a successful concept. It is part of several dinners and an initiative by Dertien and Guustronomie. The six restaurants will show how versatile vegan food can be. Each chef will be responsible for one course.

The chefs

These are not just any cooks who will be working in the kitchen that evening: the Amsterdam chefs come from the kitchens of restaurant Vermeer, RIJKS and restaurant De Kas, while the Rotterdam chefs usually cook at  Dertien, Bistro du Bac and Aloha. All establishments we think very highly of. That promises plenty of good things.

Tickets

Tickets sold out in no time at previous editions, so if you want to go, I recommend not waiting too long to buy a ticket. An Early Bird ticket costs €90 (after that, €100). For that price, you get to eat six courses and drink a lovely glass of wine with each dish. Reserve by emailing vegan@guustronomie.nl.

The vegan feast takes place from 6:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. on 6 June 2017 at restaurant Aloha in Rotterdam.
