Oh, the struggle of slicing cheese… Often, a miserable, crumpled or crumbled piece comes off the slicer.  We have the solution.

Simple, razor-sharp and therefore effective. Boska’s cheese slicer effortlessly slices through buttery young cheese, deliciously matured cheese and spicy aged cheese. You can’t tell from its simple appearance that this sharp little tool slices so beautifully, but don’t be fooled. It works perfectly. It’s made of stainless steel, which ensures that the cheese doesn’t stick to the blade and that it can simply go in the dishwasher.

Cheese-slicer purists believe that you should have two standard slicers in your collection: one with a long blade for matured and aged cheese, and one without a blade for young cheese. You can, but more isn’t always better. More cheese, however, is! Casein, a substance found in cheese, can apparently be just as addictive as heroin because of the opioid molecules it contains.
