There’s now Tinder for foodies

tinder dating app

They say the way to the heart is through the stomach, right? If that’s definitely the case for you, the app Refrigerdating is right up your alley.

Do you also secretly judge the basket of the person in front of you at the supermarket? With this app, you can view the entire contents of someone’s fridge. Score! Apparently, the contents of your fridge say a lot about what you’re like as a person, making it a good way to judge someone. On this app, instead of photos of the person themselves, you see photos of the contents of their fridge.

Are you a vegetarian? Then you can swipe left on someone who has kilos of meat in their fridge. A literal meat inspection. That way, you won’t find out later that someone loves green beans while you think they’re the most disgusting thing in the world.

Easy on the wallet

The app is linked to Samsung’s Family Hub refrigerator and is also available in the Netherlands. You’ll have to pay almost €3,000 for the refrigerator, but the app comes free with it.
