This cookbook takes you to Puglia

You can never have enough Italian cookbooks. The book Fratello & Sorella will be published in September and is packed with recipes, as well as stories that make for delightful reading.

Puglia
The book came about through cellist Frans, who went to Puglia in southern Italy for the olive harvest. He fell in love with the country, but also with Italian Anna, and decided to stay. He exchanged letters with his sister in the Dutch Achterhoek. The stories from these letters about Italy and delicious food are now collected in this book. Naturally, it also includes a whole host of recipes from Puglia.
Seasonal recipes
The recipes are organised by month, so you cook along with the seasons. In July, you can enjoy spaghetti con le cozze (with mussels), pork chop with fennel seeds or chocolate mousse with chilli pepper. The beautiful photographs feature dishes, but also bright blue seas and the countryside, making you feel as though you are in Italy right away.
