Sometimes there’s no greater happiness than fries with a perfect chicken. Well, sometimes… Actually, always, according to Amsterdam sisters Martine and Helen Hissink. At their Poulet & Frites on Scheldeplein in Amsterdam, they make the tastiest chicken with fries every day. And we’re giving away a Christmas chicken (worth € 27.50) as a gift!
Christmas with chicken and fries? Why not! The Hissink sisters’ Christmas chickens are rubbed with tarragon butter and filled with wild chestnuts, wild mushrooms, shallots, thyme and garlic. The tarragon-butter and white-wine gravy comes on the side. Oh man, this is truly irre-sis-ti-ble!
