Last year I finally ate there for the first time and it was everything I had hoped for and more: Din Tai Fung. In the meantime, this chain has locations all over the world, but for some reason there’s only one in Europe: and that’s in London. I visited it for the first time last year, but in 2023 I’m doing it better: I’ve already eaten there again. This time in Dubai. And believe me: you really want to go here at least once, especially if you love dim sum.
Din Tai Fung has been known for its Xiao Long Bao for years, or soup dumplings. The pork ones are especially popular (but they don’t have those in Dubai), while their cucumber salad and spicy noodles are also going completely viral on TikTok.
