In the Albert Heijn Voordeelshop, you can score this mega voucher, which entitles you to a starter + main course at the now-legendary steakhouse stronghold. Ideal if you have something to celebrate, are craving comfort food or simply don’t feel like cooking.
And honestly: an evening at Loetje always feels like a little holiday.
A mini Loetje lesson
With 38 locations, Loetje has become an integral part of the Netherlands, but it all started by accident. The place on Johannes Vermeerstraat in Amsterdam was actually supposed to become a billiards café. But then Ludwig ‘Loetje’ Klinkhamer put his tenderloin steak on the menu… and poof, there went the entire billiards plan. Before long, the place was packed with people who mainly had one question: Why is that billiard table still here?
