Tim Raue cooks at RIJKS

Tickets for Ottolenghi’s dinner at RIJKS, the Rijksmuseum’s restaurant, unfortunately sold out in no time, but don’t be disappointed. On 18, 19 and 20 March, German star chef Tim Raue will cook a special menu together with Joris Bijdendijk. The finest dishes will remain on the menu throughout the spring.

Tim Raue (Berlin, 1974), named Berlin’s best chef by restaurant guide Gault&Millau Germany, earned two Michelin stars at his restaurant Tim Raue. His restaurant also ranks 52nd on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list.
Raue’s dishes are strongly influenced by Japanese, Thai and Chinese cuisine. His Peking duck has become a classic. Everything the German chef cooks is energising and healthy. Sugar, pasta and dairy products are avoided as much as possible.
