Fermentation remains a hot topic. This year, ROTZOOI is organizing no fewer than two events where the magical process of decay can be examined up close.

fermentation festival – 24 September
Here, you can attend demonstrations and lectures or take part in workshops. You can also simply drop by to enjoy a kimchi burger and drink a fermented beverage. Stay up to date with all the information about the festival via Facebook.

ROTZOOI with Katz – 15 June
Can’t wait until September? Then head to ROTZOOI with Katz in June. Fermentation master Sandor Ellix Katz (The Art of Fermentation) is coming to the Netherlands especially for this day.
