Tools for your picnic
We quickly associate a picnic with lukewarm supermarket wine from fragile plastic cups and salads with way too much mayo on stale crackers. But after some research, FavorFlav does have some good picnic news: with these tools, you can eat and drink really well in the park.
COBB bbq
The first and best investment when you’re going on a picnic is, of course, a good barbecue. A COBB is a small, portable, high-quality version. It gets super-hot very quickly, so it’s ready to use within just a few minutes. A major plus: the bottom doesn’t get hot. So you can use it anywhere; on your balcony, in the grass and even on your picnic blanket. Downside: the barbecue is quite small. You can only barbecue for two or three people at the same time.

Cutting board
If you pre-cut things, they often become considerably less tasty. Cheese starts sweating more quickly, fruit oxidizes and turns brown, and bread dries out. So bring a cutting board to cut your treats à la minute. These are our favorites.

Wine-related things
A corkscrew and a wet tea towel to wrap around your bottle of wine are essential. Hard plastic Tupperware containers
Nothing is more annoying than a squashed sandwich stuck to the corner of your laptop at the bottom of your bag. Put all your fragile food in hard plastic containers.
Cutlery
Plastic cutlery is the most frustrating thing ever. Have you ever tried cutting a baguette with a plastic knife? Exactly. Just bring some cutlery from home, wrapped in a tea towel. On the way back, put all the dirty cutlery in a Tupperware container. Don’t forget to bring at least one good, sharp knife.

A chair
