Vegan SNCKBR in Utrecht

Good news for vegans: a new, fully vegan SNCKBR is opening in Utrecht in April. And not just any restaurant—it will be Europe’s largest vegan restaurant, with 110 seats. The healthy restaurant already has two locations in Amsterdam and one in Eindhoven. 

SNCKBR is aimed not only at vegans, but specifically at flexitarians too: people who want to eat less meat. The existing locations are therefore not one hundred percent vegan, but the one in Utrecht will be. You can eat, for example, pizza with a cauliflower crust, vegan steak tartare or a lentil burger.

No deep fryer

Although the name sounds like snack bar, SNCKBR has no deep fryer at all. You don’t come here for a quick greasy bite either—you can easily have three courses. Or go for the changing daily special. Many dishes are not only vegan but also gluten- or lactose-free, so you can go there with all your intolerant friends.
