Edible ink cartridges: they have been around for a while, but are still not used very often. A shame, because who wouldn’t want to turn their standard spring roll into a colourful work of art?

In You Can Do This, a series of YouTube videos by Eater, it is explained in detail how to do it. In the video, you can see that edible ink cartridges look exactly the same as normal ink cartridges. You can simply put them in your printer. Of course, you don’t print on normal paper, but on edible paper made from potato starch. If you moisten this (tasteless) paper, it becomes soft and sticks to your food within no time—spring rolls, for example. And it looks like this:
