Are you a true Italy lover? Then I have the perfect tip for you. Chef and musician Giovanni Caminita (known from 24Kitchen) is taking you on a journey through Italy in his theater show Casa Caminita on tour. And the best part? We’re giving away free VIP tickets!
It’ll be a while before it’s vacation time and we can all head to Italy again for a wonderful dose of sun and sea, pasta and wine. But Giovanni has thought of something; he’s bringing Italy to us.
Casa Caminita
In his new theater show Casa Caminita on tour, he takes you to his Sicily, where he lived until he was eighteen before moving to the Netherlands. In true Italian style, it’s a special and chaotic show packed with stories about grandma, delicious food and lots of music.
Famiglia Italiana
Alongside his passion for food, Giovanni has an enormous love of music—he was Marco Borsato’s bassist and bandleader for more than 20 years. In his show, he combines both passions. And as a true Italian, he prefers to share his stage with his own famiglia; his wife Linda and daughters Anna and Sara also take the stage.
The audience also plays an important role in the show: there’s a battle for fun goodie bags, the chance to taste dishes cooked live, and, even better, everyone receives the Casa Caminita recipe booklet filled with favorite Italian family recipes afterward.
