Zeelust: a guide along the coast

In the forthcoming book Zeelust, you’ll find the best places to eat along the Dutch coast.

Cookbook seller and reviewer Jonah Freud and Cijn Prins (Freud’s daughter) take you along the North Sea coast. To do so, they travelled from north to south, from Texel to Zeeland. Not just fish
The coast has more to offer than just fresh fish and spectacular views. On Texel, for example (obviously), you can eat Texel lamb, while on the Zeeland coast, besides a little fish, you can enjoy amazing Zeeland boluses. So Zeelust is not just about fish, but also offers tips for the best beer, the most beautiful beach bar and, of course, that bolus.
