Le Connaisseur – Utrecht, The Hague, Eindhoven
When making a reservation on the website, you provide your date of birth, so the restaurant knows in advance that you’re coming to celebrate. You don’t just eat completely free, you also get a surprise dessert. International cuisine is central at Le Connaisseur; there’s even kangaroo steak on the menu.
deKleineBaron – Utrecht
At deKleineBaron restaurant, you don’t get an entire dinner for free, but you do get a main course. Something is better than nothing, right? Especially on your birthday. The dishes are classic Dutch café fare: think chicken satay, spareribs or fish and chips.
Vandaag – Amsterdam
Vandaag is an international all-you-can-eat restaurant and even has various packages for the birthday guest. If you come alone, you get 25 percent off. Bring one guest and you get half your meal for free. With two guests, you get 75 percent, and if there are four of you in total, you eat 100 percent free as the birthday guest.
Feefa – Amersfoort
Bring three friends to Feefa on your birthday and your bill is waived. What can you eat there? All-you-can-eat wok dishes and teppanyaki.
Mylos – Alkmaar
At Mylos, you can eat unlimited mezedes on your birthday—a kind of Greek tapas. Here too, the offer is only valid if you bring at least three guests.
