That evening, chefs Joris BijdendijkYascha Oosterberg and Ivan Beusink won’t be cooking their regular menu, but will be organizing a true street food party together with chefs Tom Barrett and Rachel-Ann Moestadja from Warung Rosie’s (FavorFlav favorite). And as if that weren’t enough, chef Nicolás López from the Colombian restaurant Villanos en Bermudas (no. 15 on Latin America’s 50 Best Restaurants) will also be joining them.

Winged bean chutney

That means tables laden with irresistible South American, Surinamese and Indonesian snacks—we’re really hoping Warung Rosie’s blood sausage with winged bean chutney and baka bana will be on the table—ginger beer, cocktails and music. In short: Party!

Especially when you hear the price of this exotic walking dinner event: €75 per person, including Colombian cocktails, beer and Amsterdam tap water. Just be sure to make a reservation in advance.
