Raise a glass to a successful day of restaurant-hopping at Wijnbar Zuster Margaux. The wine list is obviously extensive, but there are also surprising weekly specials. On the side, enjoy a bite from the generously filled snack platter on the sunny terrace.

Dinner

At RAUW, you will imagine yourself in an old factory transformed into a butcher’s shop. The white tiles, red plastic chairs and glass cabinets filled with meat may seem a little stark, but as soon as the first guests trickle in and the atmospheric lighting is switched on, the restaurant proves to be very atmospheric (it reminded us of Amsterdam’s Goudfazant).

Looking for a location that is more convenient for public transport? Then restaurant Central is highly recommended. This restaurant is located between platforms four and five at Amersfoort Central Station. You can probably guess that the view never gets boring here. Another plus: indoors, you are hardly bothered by the sound of trains thundering past. For those who want a slightly more upscale dinner, French restaurant Merlot is highly recommended.

Overnight stay
