Luxury glamping with partly wooden lodge tents, a twenty-minute drive from the beach, promising the comfort of a four-star hotel. The standard lodge has a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms, a private bathroom and a veranda. The most beautiful tents have their own small swimming pool. Located among the green hills and within practical reach of the most beautiful Tuscan cities.

Glamping Gli Etruschi

Spacious tents that you can hardly call tents anymore, with beautiful wooden verandas where you can start your day with breakfast among the fragrant pine trees. There are three types of tents where you can stay with the whole family, or just the two of you – in that case, you’ll get a hot tub on your terrace. The glamping site is part of an agriturismo, where you can dive into the swimming pool and almost hear the sea.

Glamping Il Sole

Not a campsite for children, but a green glamping site in the Maremma for adults. Il Sole covers a large area with various accommodations, each one more unusual than the last. I wouldn’t recommend the hobby hut, but I would recommend the Native American tipi and transparent igloo, through which you can see the starry sky. The campsite is otherwise basic, but every accommodation has its own hot tub, bbq experiences using farm produce are available on request, and you can book massages.

2 CUORI E 1 YURTA Glamping in Tuscany

Another one for adults, this time a glamping site with luxurious yurts to sleep in. Each yurt has a different theme, and thanks to air conditioning and heating, you can stay there all year round without a single complaint. They all have their own bathroom. You can book the hot tub at the glamping site, but six kilometres away you’ll also find Rapolano Terme, with thermal baths and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Lake Trasimeno isn’t far either; the glamping site is located in southern Tuscany, a short distance from Arezzo and Cortona.

hu Firenze Camping in Town

This glamping site feels somewhat larger-scale than the others, but has a rather unique extra: it’s located in Florence. It was once even in the heart of the city, but is now on the outskirts. With the shuttle service, you’ll be in the centre in no time, although it’s even within cycling distance. The glamping tents are for two people and have a private bathroom and air conditioning. Looking for something different? There are also camping pitches and cottages.

Camping Dolce Sole

A small eco-campsite where sustainability is central and the goal is a zero footprint. That may sound a little hippy-dippy, but you really don’t have to put up your own tent here. The cosy wooden huts are furnished with only the essentials, encouraging you to get out and explore for the rest of your stay. The huts are charmingly set in nature in a wonderfully central location near Marina di Massa, by the beach and within easy reach of the Cinque Terre.

Glamping San Bart

Half-wooden tents at a glamping site in Tuscany overlooking the sea. If you don’t feel like taking the route to the beach, you can always cool off in your own hot tub, with the scent of the Mediterranean shrubland as a bonus. There are two different types of tents and two ways to stay: with breakfast delivered to your door, or with breakfast delivered to your door plus cooking utensils for the evening. And, not unimportantly: all tents have air conditioning.
