Airline Meals Donated to Charity

At Brisbane Airport in Australia, uneaten airline food is collected daily for charity. 

Charity organisation OzHarvest Brisbane coordinates with all airlines flying to and from Australia to determine which meals and snacks are left over. These are mainly sandwiches, apples, biscuits and muesli bars, which are distributed by the organisation among two hundred charities across the country.

This is the reason why you always crave tomato juice and other things you normally don’t eat or drink when you’re high in the sky.
