Aldi’s outdoor pizza oven

Supermarket chain Aldi has a fantastic new product on its shelves: a pizza oven for next to nothing.

Now that summer has finally begun, we want to eat outdoors as often as possible. This outdoor oven will make that easy—you simply place it on a paving stone in your garden.

All-rounder

Paper-thin pizzas will be crispy and cooked in no time, but of course you can do more in an oven than just bake pizzas. Grilling meat, fish or vegetables—it can all be done with this gadget.

Aldi’s specials

The German chain knows what it’s doing when it comes to unique products that everyone wants to have. The inflatable jacuzzi, for example, was a huge hit. People also queued up for patio heaters and gin and tonic ice pops.

All these products were initially available only in England, but after they proved to be a great success, they also appeared on Dutch shelves.

The pizza oven is currently also available only in England and costs £100 (approximately €115). But demand is enormous, so we expect it won’t be long before you can buy the thing in the Netherlands too. We’ll keep you posted.
