Do you love oysters too? Then block your calendar, because OESTERFEST in Amsterdam is coming up again and you don’t want to miss this. This time, the oyster extravaganza will take place on July 21, 2024.
Sun, a terrace, chilled rosé and unlimited oysters, what’s not to like? July 21 is the day: OESTERFEST on the sunny terrace at the ever-cozy Bar BAUT (at Stadionweg 320 in Amsterdam). Just like during previous editions, the oysters will be served in various styles and with different toppings. Including BAUT’s BBQ special.
Oyster workshop
You’re probably already rallying your squad, because this is something you want to attend. Besides the fact that everything will be incredibly delicious, you can also brush up on your oyster knowledge. This edition will once again feature an oyster workshop for those interested. Afterwards, you’ll be able to open an oyster perfectly—now that’s a way to impress. You don’t need to register for the workshop. On the day itself, you can sign up with the staff. Throughout the afternoon, they’ll schedule a number of sessions with the chefs to improve your oyster skills.
