Caps’ Classic

The extremely entertaining little book Extreem Beleggen features 55 over-the-top sandwiches. Filet americain with sprinkles? No biggie! As far as we’re concerned, this book is the ideal gift for the (slightly) adventurous eater. This Caps’ Classic originated on Kinkerstraat and showcases a love of American peanut butter. 

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Spread the bread with butter, then add a whole lot of peanut butter. Top with rosehip jam and sambal. Place in the oven for 5 minutes.
