Osteria Al Cantone, just outside Modena. It’s a small, rustic restaurant without any frills, but they make the best tortellini in the entire region.”

“Then I spray some vinegar on my broccoli and eat it with some focaccia bread.”

The best advice I’ve ever received
“That came from my father. ‘Never give up trying,’ he said.”
