Eat at a Six-Michelin-Star Dinner on a Ship During Chefs Table on Board
In the category of ‘it costs a bit, but you get something special in return’: Chefs Table on Board. In other words: six Michelin stars’ worth of food during a 3.5-hour boat trip along Rotterdam’s skyline. It promises to be a true spectacle, and you can be there. On 17 and 18 July, to be precise.
Four Rotterdam chefs
During Chefs Table on Board, four renowned Rotterdam star chefs will board the (insane!) ship Blue Rhapsody to prepare an 8(!)-course menu. Chefs Fred Musterd of Restaurant Fred, Erik van Loo of Restaurant Parkheuvel, Jos Grootscholten of Restaurant Perceel and Mario Ridder of Restaurant Joelia will welcome the guests and serve up an exhilarating dinner—with, of course, top-level wines to match, because you don’t simply wash down exquisite bites with just anything.
With friandises to finish
The package consists of welcome champagne and amuse-bouches, followed by dinner. And if you thought you wouldn’t still be rolling off the boat afterwards, think again. While the ship is docking, coffee with a generous selection of friandises will be served. In short, a luxurious outing with all the trimmings.

Reservations for dinner on 17 and 18 July can be made through Heerlijk.nl. The package comes with a hefty price tag of €325 per person, but after all, you’ll be dining on six Michelin stars in one sitting.
