Baking bread for 22 hours
On February 3, the Masters de la Boulangerie, also known as the Olympic Games of bread, will take place. The participants have to bake the best French baguette. It’s really not only French bakers who take part; last time, the South Korean team baked the best baguette. They have 22 hours for the entire baking process, including proofing. If you don’t want to miss this, you can watch live via Facebook. The winner may call themselves World Master Baker and gets to bake bread for the French president for a year.
