Granito Sal de Ibiza
Scientists will tell you that salt consists of sodium chloride. And that therefore all salt tastes the same. These bookworms have surely never bitten into a grain of salt. Because not only the composition, but also the structure, firmness and the soil from which the salt was extracted contribute to the flavor experience.
Sal de Ibiza, which has been harvested for 2,700 years from the salt pans of the holiday island, has a grain as hard as granite that cracks when you bite into it. It is as white as Ibiza’s whitest beaches and comes in a jar as blue as the sky above it and the water beside it. Just try saying then that it’s simply sodium chloride.

Available both offline and online at Bommels Conserven, among others.
