Film: a look inside star kitchens
A Michelin star, or even three, is something many chefs dream of. A new Danish documentary offers a behind-the-scenes look at restaurants that have made it this far.

The film by director Rasmus Dinesen is called Michelin Stars: Tales from the Kitchen and will premiere at the San Sebastián Film Festival on September 23. Coincidentally, or perhaps not, this Spanish city is also home to three restaurants with the highest Michelin ranking.

Expect interviews and cameos from hotshots such as René Redzepi, Alain Ducasse and Daniel Humm, the chef of Eleven Madison Park, the best restaurant in the world. Watch the trailer here. Hopefully it will also be showing in Dutch cinemas very soon.
