Five top chefs pay tribute to their Indonesia

On Sunday, November 13, five top chefs will pay tribute to their Indonesia during a guest chef event at supperclub.

Jaimie van Heije, Syrco Bakker, Noah Thenu, Hans van Triest and initiator Pascal Jalhay will cook traditional Indonesian dishes with a modern twist. During this five-course dinner, the chefs want to show and let guests taste that Indonesian cuisine is about more than just the well-known rijsttafel. Events have previously been organized with, among others, Hans van Wolde of Beluga and Jonnie and Thérèse Boer of De Librije.

Special wine pairing

Wine expert and chef Allard Sieburgh (De Sawa) will provide a special wine pairing with matching wines for the five courses. There will also be live performances and visuals.
