Fries with chocolate sauce

Can you imagine what fries with melted chocolate taste like? Neither could we, until we tried it ourselves. And yes, these crowd favorites go surprisingly well together.

The well-salted fries are from Frietboutique (Amsterdam and Rotterdam), and the melted chocolate from Hands Off My Chocolate has been poured over them. And it turns out to work exceptionally well. The two companies are the first in Europe to dare to sell this unusual combination.

Chocolate sauce
The brains behind this unusual combination tried different varieties from the chocolate brand, but the most ‘normal’ flavor turned out to work best. That is the milk meets dark bar: milk chocolate with a little dark chocolate. This makes it neither too sweet nor too bitter.
