Go: Vegan Amsterdam Festival

Listen to inspiring speakers, take cooking workshops by vegan chefs and shop at stalls selling vegan products? You can do it all at Vegan Amsterdam Festival. Most importantly: enjoy delicious vegan food accompanied by live music. 

The vegan festivities will take place on 6 May on Amsterdam’s Overtoom. What exactly can you do? Learn to cook from Dirk-Jan Jansen de Jong, whom you may know from his restaurant Bij de Jongens op ‘t Zand. Want to expand your knowledge of a vegan lifestyle? Then attend the talk by Tobias Leenaert, author of ‘How to Create a Vegan World’. Music ranges from indie and R&b to spoken word, and be sure to try the fantastic baked goods from Nono Cakes.

Paying a visit?

Tickets cost €5 and are available at the door. The door of OT301, an event venue on the Overtoom, to be precise. The programme and schedule are not yet available, so keep a close eye on the event page.
