Good news for chicken lovers: Domino’s launches ‘Crunchy Chicken’ that you can order separately
We recently wrote about it; the fried chicken boom is unstoppable! Pizza chain Domino’s has also jumped on the chicken bandwagon and, alongside pizzas, is now offering ‘Crunchy Chicken‘; whole pieces of chicken in a crispy coating, straight from the oven.
In buttermilk
Crunchy Chicken was specially developed for Domino’s and features a unique “Southern Style” spice mix. Tyla Robinson, chef at Domino’s, explains: “Believe it or not, the chicken is ‘immersed’ in buttermilk, which gives it a delicious and tender flavor. Taste tests also show that crispy chicken from the oven is hugely appreciated. The oven makes the coating wonderfully crispy while the chicken stays tender.”
Three different buckets
Chicken lover? Then you can choose from three different buckets: ‘Boneless Bucket’, ‘Boneless Bucket Large’ and the ‘Mix Bucket’. From today, the buckets can be ordered in stores and online from more than 300 Domino’s locations in the Netherlands.
