Gordon Ramsay dresses up as a grandma
Anyone who follows troublemaker Gordon Ramsay on Instagram can expect lots of delicious food, the occasional photo of the man himself and huh, suddenly a photo of Gordon dressed up as a grandma too? We didn’t understand it either, but there’s a story behind it.
In the show 24 Hours to Hell and Back, Gordon visits restaurants that are, to put it mildly, not doing too well. He arrives in his enormous Hell On Wheels truck and teaches the chefs how to cook, which of course comes with a lot of shouting. Before he makes his entrance in the truck, the restaurant is always checked out undercover first. Because imagine Gordon Ramsay suddenly showing up at your restaurant—you’d try much harder than if some random grandma came to visit.

For the latest episode of his show, Gordon goes undercover as a sweet old lady. She looks so innocent, but nothing could be further from the truth. And I have to say, if I saw this photo without any context, I really wouldn’t suspect that Mr. Ramsay was hiding behind this grandma. Mrs. Doubtfire has nothing on him. The episode has already aired in America, but it hasn’t been shown in the Netherlands yet. So it’s either an illegal download or waiting until the series airs here.
