Green Snapper breathes life into the morning after

This cocktail is easy to prepare. Mix all the ingredients together, pour the mixture into a large carafe and invite some friends over in the afternoon. The Green Snapper goes perfectly with oysters, but a large bag of crisps will do too.
This is what you need for a Green Snapper
50 ml Rutte Celery Gin
100 ml green juice*
Garnish: celery stalks
*Green juice recipe: add all the ingredients to a blender and blend for 1–2 minutes. For the desired level of spiciness, start with a small piece of jalapeño and add more in small amounts. Pour the mixture through a sieve and keep it chilled until you serve the Green Snapper.
• 1 liter fresh pineapple juice
• 1–2 jalapeños (to taste)
• 20 mint leaves
• handful of coriander leaves
• juice of 1 lime
• 100g sugar
• 2 pinches of salt or 4 pinches of pepper
How to make a Green Snapper
Mix Rutte Celery Gin with green juice and ice in a long drink glass. Garnish with a celery stalk.
