Don Papa Rum is premium rum from the Philippines. Alongside the seductive Don Papa 7 Year Old, Don Papa 10 (aged for at least 10 years in American oak), the Rare Cask and the Don Papa Sherry Cask, The Don is launching a new rum: the Sevilliana Cask Finish. It is a one-off edition of super-premium rum, inspired by the oranges from Seville, Spain.

Don Papa’s newest addition to the family is a blend of 4- to 12-year-old rums, distilled from the highest-quality sugar cane on the island of Negros, known by the locals as Sugerlandia. After spending some time bobbing around in American ex-bourbon barrels, the rums mature for 3 years in two different types of Spanish barrels. One portion in used oloroso sherry barrels and another in Andalusian Vino de Naranja (a popular Sevillian orange distillate) barrels. The result is a delicious rum with a seductive orange perfume and the characteristic Don Papa aromas of vanilla, nuts and dried fruit. The taste is velvety smooth and smoky and simply irresistible.
