Grim or funny? Being buried in a chocolate coffin
Saying goodbye to loved ones is never fun. Some people do want to give it a fun twist, by making their farewell a little more personal. Or rather: that’s how they do it in New Zealand every now and then. Because Phil McLean was recently buried in a gigantic cream donut there.
Uh, sorry? Yes, you really did read that right: he had ordered his coffin from the company Dying Art. The name pretty much speaks for itself, I think, but they really do run a business in unusual coffins.
Being buried as a chocolate bar? No problem!
By the way, you can’t just go there for coffins shaped like your favorite snack. You can also be buried in a Lego coffin, or simply in a gigantic sailing ship (seems pretty impractical to bury someone in, though). For now, we at the FavorFlav editorial team are opting for a gigantic chocolate bar.
