Good news for people who always forget their shopping bag: Albert Heijn is now selling the shopping baskets as AH Bicycle Baskets. It’s a limited edition, with handles so you can easily attach it to your bike. You can personalize the bicycle basket by putting your own name on it.

Besides being perfect for carrying your groceries on its own, you can also attach this basket to your bike using the basket and crate hooks: basket-tastic!

Take the basket home

A smart move by Albert Heijn: fewer baskets will be stolen, while plenty of advertising is generated for a small fee. The basket costs €7.49, and the basket and crate hooks cost €7.49 per set of 2. Available at more than 700 Albert Heijn stores in the Netherlands.
