At this Indonesian restaurant, you’ll learn to make sambal yourself. Not just one, but four different varieties: from mild, sweet sambal to fresh sambal ijo. You’ll also learn about the differences between various types of peppers and herbs, such as rawit, pili-pili, daun salam and daun jeruk purut.
