Holy moly! This is the heaviest avocado in the world
The biggest, the smallest, the fattest, the thinnest, the most beautiful, the ugliest: we love records and therefore also love Guinness World Records. And here’s another one: the heaviest avocado in the world.

The green fruit weighs no less than 2.55 kilos, cleaned and ready to go. The lucky owners? The Pokini family from Maui, Hawaii. The avocado was also more or less the oldest uneaten avocado. The Pokini family submitted the record application back in December, but only received a response now due to all the formalities.
But when the long-awaited word finally came, 20 people were able to enjoy it. The family is not stopping at this record, by the way. They are planning to grow even more mega avocados.
