How to properly close that annoying mushroom container lid

Good grief; I really had to get as old as I am today (pretty old) to find out how you’re actually supposed to reseal the container that supermarket mushrooms are usually sold in…

Be honest, did you have any idea? Or do you also always find yourself fiddling with a half-torn-off plastic lid that has found its own wondrous way of staying tilted upright and basically never wants to close again? But yes, ripping it off completely means you no longer have a lid at all—in short: stupid.
Closing mushroom containers: you have to see it
And sure, first world problems and all that, but when I read this, I still scratched my head for a moment. Really, that simple?
So simple it can’t even be called a trick
The idea is that you remove the lid completely (which I never did because then you could never put it back on), turn the lid upside down, and then it fits on perfectly! What?! I’m ready to run to the store right now to buy some mushrooms and fungi, because I have to see this. And now, no lying: did you know this??
