On Friday, December 18, the Ice*Amsterdam ice rink will open at Amsterdam’s Museumplein for the third time. Sounds great, you may be thinking, but can I eat there too? Yes, absolutely.

Brasserie Ice*Amsterdam will be opening next to the ice rink, where you can enjoy the things you really crave in the cold after skating. Creamy cheese fondue, for example, Van Dobben bitterballen, hot chocolate and, of course, mulled wine.

You can skate Sunday through Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The brasserie stays open an hour later every day, so you can warm up for a while before heading home.

The ice rink is open through February 5, 2017.
