The fact that coffee gives your sex life a boost has everything to do with your feel-good hormones being stimulated. As a result, coffee has a positive effect on the female libido. Various studies have shown that women’s libido can temporarily increase from drinking coffee. After a cup of joe, women experience a certain sexual arousal, accompanied by an increased heart rate and blood pressure. This arousal naturally leads to more pleasure in bed.

Coffee at breakfast

It’s not only women who benefit from drinking coffee sexually; men do too. For example, blood flow in men improves and more testosterone is produced. Drinking coffee therefore helps people get in the right mood for sex. So I’d say: make it a habit to have a coffee with your loved one at breakfast in the morning.

Two cups a day

One final important tip from the researchers: drink your coffee around three in the afternoon. Around this time, coffee’s stimulating effect on your body is at its strongest. Oh, and drinking litres of coffee doesn’t help, by the way, because that will have the opposite effect. Go for two to three cups a day. Success guaranteed.
