Jumbo launches 18 (!) new chocolate bars and they are anything but boring

chocoladerepen Jumbo

Calling all chocolate lovers: Jumbo is making the confectionery aisle explode with a brand-new line of no fewer than 18 chocolate bars under its own Jumbo’s food brand. And no, these aren’t just any bars. Think flavours like Crunchy Lemon, Popcorn Cranberry and Exotic Firework. Made with real Belgian chocolate, developed with the chefs of Jumbo Foodcollege, and – another nice bonus – produced sustainably.

Limited editions to stock up on now

The new flavours include four limited editions, so if you’ve set your sights on the Macaron Raspberry, Crunchy Lemon, Popcorn Cranberry or Spicy Crisp, don’t wait too long. Before you know it, they’ll be just as impossible to find as the white Kinder Bueno.

There are, of course, also crowd-pleasers such as Salted Caramel and Speculoos Caramel. In short: there’s something for every type of chocoholic.

Tony’s Open Chain

Did you know that Jumbo has officially been a mission partner of Tony’s Open Chain since 2023? This means that the cocoa in these chocolate bars is fully traceable, and that farmers receive a fair price for their work.

The editorial team’s favourite?

We had to make a strict selection (read: taste everything), but our FavorFlav favourites really are:

  • Orange Explosion – fresh, fruity, mmmm

  • Salted Caramel – a classic!

  • Spicy Crisp – a little rock ’n’ roll; always a winner

Where to buy?

From this week onwards, you’ll find the bars in all 725 Jumbo stores in the Netherlands and Belgium, and online, of course. They cost 2.99 each.
