The bar is a collaboration between two of Schiedam’s best-known flavour makers: De Bonte Koe, the artisanal chocolate house known for its handmade bars made with honest ingredients, and Bobby’s Dry Gin, the internationally award-winning gin with Indonesian roots and a fan base that continues to grow rapidly.

About Bobby’s Dry Gin
For those who don’t know it yet: Bobby’s Dry Gin is based on the recipe of Jacobus Alfons, aka Bobby, who was born in Ambon, Maluku. In 2014, his grandsons brought the old family recipe back to life: a mix of five Eastern botanicals (including lemongrass and cloves) and three Western ones (fennel, juniper and rosehip), all distilled separately without additives.
And it hasn’t gone unnoticed: Bobby’s was named the best Dutch gin by, among others, the Gin Festival. They also make the tastiest canned gin and tonics you can buy at the supermarket.
