Lidl is selling tubs of Baileys ice cream
We’re fans of Lidl. Not only because of these 13 reasons, but also because of the incredibly tasty wines for next to nothing and fantastic items that cost hardly anything, such as the mini dishwasher, deep fryer and wine fridge. But we’ve found another reason to drive to the blue-and-yellow supermarket as quickly as possible.
Because Lidl now has Baileys ice cream on its shelves and my God, don’t you want to have this right away? They come in 500 ml tubs (€3.49 each), which means I get half a litre all to myself. Sharing is not caring in this case. It’s all mine.
And there’s even a choice
Yessss, it gets even better. Lidl has two varieties of Baileys ice cream: Coffee Delight and Chocolate Secret. Panic once again, because I can’t choose between them, so I’m absolutely going for both. And then I’ll bake a New York cheesecake to go with them, add a scoop of Baileys ice cream and tuck in. Honestly, isn’t this truly a TOP dessert?
Coffee or chocolate, then. I have to admit that I never really drink Baileys on its own (I used to), but I find it so incredibly delicious when it’s used in drinks, ice cream or cakes. This is truly an ice cream flavour after my own heart. Thanks, Lidl. See you very soon.
