Miljuschka Witzenhausen

Miljuschka Witzenhausen is launching a new TV program on 24Kitchen. In ‘Dish is Europe’, she takes you to six different European cities and introduces you to the hidden gems of each destination. A delightful program, especially if you love city trips and are still looking for your next destination.

Good food and going on vacation go hand in hand. Do you have vacation plans and want to know where to find the very best Pastel de Nata in Lisbon (this is Lisbon’s oldest pastelaria) or eat the ‘croissant of croissants’ in Paris? Miljuschka is going to investigate.

Six European cities

In the program, Miljuschka travels to six different European cities: Athens, Rome, Paris, Lisbon, Prague and Vienna. There, she searches for the best local dishes, before preparing and tasting them. She also shares all kinds of tips and tricks about where to go and what to eat when you only have 24 hours in the city. Naturally, she doesn’t just follow the usual tourist trails—she explores each city with a local to uncover the best tips. And so it can happen that she ends up eating at an industrial site in Lisbon’s harbor.

Miljuschka also shows you what souvenirs to take home and serves up a little culinary history from each city.

Watch Dish is Europe

Dish is Europe will be broadcast on 24Kitchen every week at 8:30 p.m. starting May 11.
