New location: BAUT restaurant

In an old chapel on the Spaarndammerstraat in Amsterdam-West, Michiel van der Eerde is opening pop-up restaurant BAUT for the sixth time. The chef, known among other things as a judge on MasterChef and for restaurants Zuid and Restaurant C, is creating a new total concept. Michiel: ‘Only the quality remains. And the name, of course.’

At the new location of the pop-up restaurant, you can do more than just eat and drink. The venue consists of various spaces and floors. For example, the restaurant on the ground floor will have a new menu, which will hardly resemble the menu we know from the other locations. For coffee, lunch and the drinks you need later in the day, Bar BAUT is the place to be.
BovenBAUT
On the first floor, you’ll find BovenBAUT, where exhibitions and events are organised. On Wednesdays, for example, you can visit an art exhibition combined with talks and live music. Naturally, the interior has also been completely redesigned. “BAUT will be more exciting, artistic and rebellious than ever. Every space offers something different at every moment of the day,” says Michiel.
